The contest will end on Leap Day, 2/29.  The winner will receive a free portrait session with Mark Eric!  This portrait session can be an Engagement Session, Family Session, Bridal Session, Boudoir Session, or a Free to Flaunt (After Session).

So, to recap:

1.  Create a pinboard.  Call it anything you like, but be creative.  We will consider creativity when judging the contest.

2.  Post images from www.markeric.com that inspire you in this pinboard.   Post as many as you like, we love to be flattered    Type what you love about the image,  and be sure to tag it #markeric

3.  Also post images that inspire your idea of a portrait session.  You can post images from other companies (please don’t post the work of other portrait photographers or wedding photographers).  For example, if you love Anthropolgie,  post some wardrobe ideas from there.   If you want to shoot in New Orleans, post some images from NOLA.  If you want a circus themed portrait session- post some circus images.    Again, describe what inspires you about this photo-  and remember to tag it #markeric.

4.  We will search tags to view pinboards,  but feel free to post the link to your pin board on our Facebook wall at www.facebook.com/markericweddings just to make sure we see it!

5.  The deadline will be 2/29/12.   We will announce a winner by 3/5/12.  The winner will receive a portrait session with Mark Eric anywhere in Louisiana.  (We will give the winner a list of available times for them to choose from, based on location and our availability).

Couples, I’ll be in touch with you once I get back into the office next week. I’m excited, and thankful that you had such a strong interest in having us as your photographer. We’re honored!

The winner will receive $5,000 worth of wedding photography anywhere in the United States. This covers wedding day coverage of 7 hours by Mark Eric Photography. The winner will also receive a 10×10 20 page wedding album.

To enter, simply create a short video telling us your story. Tell us who you are, how you met, how he proposed, where your wedding will be (including the date and location) and why you deserve to win! The video can be from a simple web cam or it can be an artistic edit from a hand held video camera.

The rules are simple:
1. We must be available for the wedding date. (It can be in 2010 or 2011)
2. One entry per couple.
3. The video must accurately portray your story.
4. We will accept entries through 4/24/10
